Senior Students of Wise International School - Sri Lanka this year too have won numerous awards at The Queen's Commonwealth Essay Competition 2019, organized by the Royal Commonwealth Society and sponsored by The Royal Family. Janage ( Age 13 ), Senior Prefect and Student of Wise International School - Sri Lanka has become one of the youngest in the world to pass the Japanese Language Proficiency Test – N5 Level, with exceptional grades of 3As in all sections of the examination. This official worldwide Japanese test is conducted by Japan - The Government of Japan along with the The Japan Foundation 国際交流基金. With this exemplary achievement, she is now fully eligible to obtain Japan student visa to enter any preferred international university in the Republic of Japan. We have once again made our students achieve the global best when no other school ( Government, Private, International or Parochial ) has ever dreamt of giving these golden opportunities to their pupils. Our heartfelt Congratulations for Mr. Daksha Abeyewickrema, past alumni of Wise International School - Sri Lanka, who has now become Sri Lanka’s youngest ever Licentiates’ Teaching Diploma Holder in Speech and Drama, presented by one of the most reputed awarding bodies in the U.K., the Society of Teachers of Speech and Drama, patronized by Her Royal Majesty, the Queen of England, via one of their affiliated partners, the Asian Academy of Performing Arts. A licentiate award, being a professional degree equivalent to that of an academic masters below that of a PhD, takes years to achieve and mastery in the respective field of study. Being only 19 years old at the time of sitting for the course of exams, he has truly performed an extraordinary feat that has marveled even the final panel of senior British adjudicators. He has proven to the world that age is no barrier when it comes to achieving the world’s best. We, at Wise are deeply proud and honored of this exemplary achievement, Sir! WE HAVE DONE IT AGAIN! WHAT A VICTORY! Students of Wise International School - Sri Lanka this year too have won numerous awards at The Queen's Commonwealth Essay Competition 2018, organized by the Royal Commonwealth Society and sponsored by The Royal Family, winning awards consecutively throughout the last two years. 13,500 young people from across the Commonwealth entered the Competition, out of which we are the only school in Sri Lanka to receive this amount of awards in one time, under several categories.
